How Kids (and Adults) are Harmed by Social Networking Sites

A neuroscientists' latest research suggests yet another reason to limit your kids' computer time, especially when it comes to sites and online activities devoted to short attention spans.

To which I add the fact that virtually all of these sites and activities revolve around burying kids (and adults) with tons of advertising so it undermines folks' financial education and perspectives.
